Poke My Mon!

Those who know me would know that, if there’re two things I love, they’d be Pokémon and innuendos. So, upon hearing this piece that combines both, I just about died immediately and went to geek heaven. The best part is that it’s actually really well-written and sounds like an actual legit rap-pop piece (and some of the lyrics have to be heard out loud for it to make sense). It even has a (slightly sad) story!

This dude, who was hospitalized for TB and quarantined for several weeks, came up with this rap and video chronicling his mental stability (or lack thereof) after those weeks of stay.

It’s really well-written and totally hilarious. It’s too bad that it has to be based on real-life experience (which is sad for the dude).
